SCHEDULING When contracts are executed, production management normally meets with the client and our customer service representative to schedule services. Where possible and if requested we will also introduce the foreman assigned to the property to help insure that special needs are met and so that the client has a contact with those actually performing the work. We often adjust scheduling to meet client needs for special events or functions and frequently adjust schedules as inclement weather demands. In the event that foul weather keeps us from meeting our scheduled service, we often make up for these delays with weekend work. next stage of our process >
