FINAL INSPECTION & WARRANTY

Upon substantial completion a final inspection is made to determine items which need to be completed or corrected and a list prepared (normally referred to as a punch list). The issuance of substantial completion also marks the beginning of the warranty period. Generally, completion of this list to the satisfaction of the client is required within 7 to 10 days (within reason) of issuance.

In general, warranty periods may vary slightly but irrigation systems, lighting and hardscape elements are typically warranted for one year, plantings with irrigation are typically warranted for one year and plantings without irrigation are typically warranted for 90 days. In general, our plant material losses for one year do not exceed 1% of sales. Extended warranties may be considered on an as requested basis.
