CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

Upon completion of the Design Program, we begin to assign names to the various components (Planting beds, patio, privacy screen, guest parking, pool/spa, for example) and place them in physical relationship on the site to determine their best relationship to each other and the existing site components and circulation. This yields a functional diagram of how the elements of the site work together.
